Desertentertainment provides outdoor event organization, cultural festivals, and corporate entertainment services. All services are provided based on a written contract detailing the agreed package, deadlines, and costs.
The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information regarding the event, to respect payment deadlines, and to ensure safe access for our team to the location. Any changes to the initial specifications must be communicated in writing at least 14 days before the event.
Desertentertainment commits to performing the services according to the contract, providing qualified personnel and necessary equipment, and complying with legal regulations regarding participant safety. We reserve the right to refuse collaboration in the case of requirements that contravene the law or our values.
Desertentertainment's liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or interruptions caused by force majeure (fires, extreme weather events, legal restrictions). The client is responsible for insuring their own property and participants.
The contract may be terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. In case of termination by the client, paid amounts are refunded proportionally to the unperformed services, minus a 15% administrative fee. Desertentertainment may modify the terms with a 15-day notice, publishing the updated version on the website.
