Tickets are purchased directly on the website, in the events section. After selecting the festival, you choose the number of tickets and fill in your contact details. Payment is made online, and confirmation arrives by email.
Do you also organize corporate events?
Yes, we have a dedicated team for corporate events: team buildings, annual galas, product launches. We customize the theme, location, and artistic program based on the budget and number of participants.
What is the minimum time required to plan a festival?
We recommend a minimum of 3 months for medium-sized events (up to 5,000 people) and 6 months for large festivals. In urgent cases, we can deliver a smaller event within 4–6 weeks.
What services are included in a standard organization package?
The standard package includes: initial consultation, location identification, obtaining permits, artist recruitment, sound and lighting, catering, security, and on-site assistance during the event. Optionally, we add filming, photography, and promotion.
Can I visit the location before signing the contract?
Of course. After a phone discussion, we schedule a visit to one of our partner locations or to the space you have chosen. We understand the specifics of the venue and present you with customized solutions.
Is there a participant limit for outdoor events?
There is no fixed limit; it depends on the venue's capacity and the permits received from authorities. We have organized events from 50 people to over 10,000. For large numbers, we plan access areas, mobile toilets, and first aid points.
